Please be at the ski instructor sign 15 minutes before the start of the course.

To guarantee your desired lesson (group or private lesson), we recommend that you book online. Only then can we guarantee the lessons.

In the event of a storm or force majeure, there will be no refund of fees. In case of lack of snow, the course can be rebooked free of charge on another date. No refunds of fees possible.

You can take out ski course insurance for €10,– per person and 3,– per day. With this you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the 1st day of the course. The entire course fee will be transferred back to your account. With insurance all courses booked online can be cancelled of charge and without giving reasons up to 24 hours before the start of the course. In the event of a refund, €20 administration costs will be charged. This way, you can book your desired course in advance without hesitation and cancel it at any time at short notice if you still have concerns.
Cancellation is not possible without ski course cancellation insurance (except with a medical certificate – pro rata). 

Of course, children and adults with disabilities are also welcome in our ski school. However, we recommend that you take private lessons, as only then is the 100% attention of the teacher guaranteed and ask you to make a reservation online.

Try to on time, because only then can we guarantee that you or your child will get the right group. Always be on site 15 minutes before the start of the course. If you rent ski equipment, then you have to be on site 45 minutes before the start of the course. In the case of children, you can discuss with the respective ski instructor where and how late you can pick up your child again.

If you or your child are unable to attend lessons due to illness, we ask you to report this to the respective ski instructor or to the office. With a medical certificate, you will be reimbursed for the days not consumed. In the case of contagious diseases, participation in a course or childcare is excluded. Reimbursement of costs upon presentation of a medical certificate:
If you report sick up to 24 hours before the start of the course, we will refund a full 100% of the course fee, 30 minutes before the start of the course 60%, after which there will be no refund.

If your child or you yourself have an allergy or illness, we ask you to inform the respective ski instructor. We kindly ask you to give a note with your child’s allergy or illness to the ski instructor and in the office as well.

Courses that have already been booked can be rebooked, provided that the desired course is available. In the event of a change of course, €20,– administration costs will be charged.

Customers of the Green Group Course do not need a lift ticket. After the first course, we ask you to ask the instructor if a lift ticket is needed for the next course. All ages need a lift ticket when they go into the lift.

If lunch has been booked separately, the children will be at the ski school in the Schneewittchen restaurant. If you want to meet your child at lunchtime, you can do so in the restaurant.
In the morning, you can choose your dish and a drink from a small menu. A small selection from the different dishes: fries, nuggets, fish fingers, spaghetti,…

The rental is in the same building as the ski school. The ski rental does not go through our ski school. If you use the material for a few more days, this is no problem. You would have to settle the additional days with the Klante ski rental. 

Skiverleih Klante

We teach in: German, English and Dutch. On request, it is possible to be taught in Danish, French or Italian.

The maximum number of participants per adult group is about 10 people. Number of participants per group is about 8 children. Number of participants per dwarf group is about 5 children. Usually, the groups are smaller or a ski instructor comes along if necessary.

The days should follow one after the other, because the groups continue with the program and learn something new every day. If your child would like a day’s break, this must be booked in advance. For 2 and 3 year olds a days break is no problem.

If you book a group course on a daily basis, you will have to pay the daily price. After 3 days of group course, we will charge you our extension prices in case of an extension.

From 4 people. If there are less than 4 participants in a group, the ski school reserves the right to merge them or shorten the lesson times.

If we see that you or your child are too good or perhaps too slow for a group, we will change you to another performance group. If you want to switch to snowboarding, this is no problem. However, there may be extra charges.

If someone can no longer take lessons or no longer wants to, there is no compensation possible.
